I would highly recommend this pediatric office to the parents of this community. There have been several times that I have called in and Dr. Ryan has answered the phone himself. (Took me a little off guard the first time it happened but not I am not surprised at all if he answers.) :) The staff is wonderful and Dr. Ryan is very thorough and you never feel as if he is rushing you. (He must have a good balance because you also never have long wait times either....even if you are a same day sick appointment.)

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. Ryan actually gives you the PARENT and your child a choice in what is going to go into your child's body. He respects parents and their decisions especially if you do not feel comfortable poisoning your child with various vaccines. Dr. Ryan gives the parent a REAL choice!! I thank you for that, as it is very rare today, to find a pediatrician who will allow you to decide what goes into your child's body or not.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
