Dr Ritoto performed an unnecessary root canal on my husband when he actually should have sent him to an oral surgeon. He then tried to cap 2 teeth that actually needed to be extracted by an oral surgeon
They kept asking us for info from a former dentist who said Dr Ritoto should not need any info from them
Then the receptionist told us over the phone they could no longer help
We went to a new dentist who said Ritoto never should have performed root canal since the tooth he was trying to cap was actually rotten!
All these months my husband has been walking around with ugly silver stubs without white caps
I have left messages but no call back !
