I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I used this office for my first child and only had a problem with Dr. Jackson. After waiting for almost an hour he came to my exam room long enough to say hello then answered his CELL PHONE right in front of me and walked out for another 10 minutes or so. He had terrible bedside manners. Recently I visited them for my first OB appointment and simply asked some questions about VBAC options (which they didn't offer due to hospital policy) and almost immediately turned me away. They didn't even want to finish my appointment, which was fine all it was was simple history questions but the big problem was that I was to have a follow up ultrasound with them only a week later due to complications a few weeks earlier and they cancelled my ultrasound appointment before I even had another doctor set up. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible experience and will NEVER use or reccomend them again!!! They weren't worried about me or my baby only about THEIR business.
