The office staff was not friendly and very rude to me. The only reason I used them was because of the Nurse Practitioner Mary-Anne. After my last experience I will never return.

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
