When I had my procedure Dr. Alford made sure every single question I had was answered. He was also easy to contact when I had more questions. Dr. Alford is personable, caring and a brilliant dentist...by far the best I have ever had in my life. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are warm and professional, and make the entire experience that much better. I love going to see the staff as well as get my treatment. I was impressed with the progress I was able to make after my visit. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the health of my mouth. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I have been a patient of Dr. Alford's for well over 10 years, and I know I'm going to the best. Just hope he never retires! ;-)
