After waiting for over two hours, I left and never had my second follow up visit! Staff scheduled me for wrong office. I was kept waiting too long and when I left the staff wanted to charge me a NS fee. I was there! They make it hard to speak to the Doctor. How many other patients have they lost for him. I is he so busy he does not care or does he not know? He is wonderful or he was when I saw him the first time!
