RIP OFF ALERT...they told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to do a basic cleaning on me. that I HAD to have the $500 cleaning no matter what and refused to see me again until I do. They are HORRIBLE at billing insurance and OVERCHARGE insurance AND clients. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and will NEVER return messages especially billing question messages! HORRIBLE establishment!

I had my teeth cleaned for the first time there. The hygenist was from Tampa, filling in. He treated me like a 2 year old quizzing me the whole time I was there using visuals of Lady Gaga wearing a meat dress. Again and again he repeated and repeated the same stuff asking the same questions and making me fill in the blanks. I understand he was trying to stress a point but his mannerism of dealing with patients needs a lot of attention. I almost walked out..

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They recommended a whole bunch of dental procedures that I didn't think were necessary, even after I told them I wasn't interested. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.
