THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE DR. NEVER DISCUSSED ANY FAMILY HISTORY ON MY CHART. SHE HAD TEST DONE THAT SHE DID NOT INFORM ME WOULD BE RUN. ALSO, I INFORMED THE LAB TECHNICIAN OF WHERE MY LAB WORK SHOULD BE SENT AND THEY SENT IT TO TWO DIFFERENT LABS RESULTING IN MY RECEIVING A BILL FOR $344. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HER AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE.

When I went in for my actual appointment the staff and Dr. Montlouis were very polite and friendly. The trouble started after I walked at the door. Dr Montlouis was very nice and helpful but the staff are horrible. I would have to call multiple times (leaving a voicemail) and never had anyone ever call me back. I would always have to continue calling until I could accidently catch a person. Then they would be very short to end the call. I had the worse experience attempting to refill my medication. The pharmacy would have to contact the office multiple times with no success. Eventually I would have to call multiple times myself before my medication would be approved for refill.
I am glad that my medicine was not for a life threatening condition or I would have been hospitalized. The stress of worrying about my refills and having to start requesting refills a week and a half in advance to be sure I would have enough was too much. I will not EVER go back to this office. I recommend no one else do the same.
