The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kehl is the most thoughtful, caring, and compassionate Doctor I have ever had. He is very patient and doesn't make me feel he is in a rush to get me out and get to the next patient. I remember getting ready for a surgical procedure at the hospital and in the operating room and he was there standing beside me holding my hand and saying not to worry... Sweet, kind, man!

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Somewhat, they should have been more polite

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
