Receptionist staff are rude and lack basic medical secretarial knowledge. The nurses were outwardly friendly, but are not patient focused. I say this because the nurse's facial expressions toward Dr. Borquaye while he was badgering me. I assume they have been conditioned to show agreement. Dr Borquaye was extremely rude. He would be better served to only accept uneducated, passive women. The review would be far too long to recount a single visit with him. The bottom line is don't expect to be treated with respect or to participate in any decision making because you will not be. He will tell you that he may not be the doctor for you and you can walk out.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
