Gave my PPO Plan ID card to Front Desk and asked her to check if the work to be done would be covered by my Plan. If yes, I would have the work done there. If no, I would have to go to a different dentist who did cover. She returned saying, “Good news, your plan covers everything,” and she enumerated all of them. I later found out that she had never called my Plan and almost nothing was covered. I had to pay a huge bill. Four attempts through various agencies to mediate my complaint with Dr. Klein have failed to accomplish anything.

Filed four complaints: Dr. Klein; FL D of A and Consumer Services; PBC Consumer Affairs Div; and Better Business Bureau. In every case, Dr. Klein’s responses consisted only of irrelevant and false information, completely ignoring the issue. None of these organizations can take any action. The American Dental Association can take action but only with ADA members. They told me Dr. Klein is not a member of the ADA.

Dr, Klein saved my tooth- the other guys wanted to pull it.. the man saved me thousands and more importantly loads of pain.. I highly recommend. This stuff is seriously important.. he's the guy to go to!


Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I asked for an invoice, but they didn't give me one for over a week. I was wondering whether I'd get one at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
