Awful! Over priced! Over staffed ! They do not care about you! They leave you in pain and suffering while seemingly gouging your finances to death! SUPER LONG Wit time! After waiting over an hour and a half the dingy receptionist told me " you can leave if you want", like Im gonna leave with my abcessed tooth in total pain. REDICOULOUS! DENTIST VIVIT FROM HELL!

This dental office does not stand behind its work. In preforming a dental procedure they broke another tooth. They would fix it at additional charge " with no discounts". I will be going to another dentist to have the repair done.

This dental business runs efficiently and they do adequate dental work, I have no complaints there.
I do feel as though the dental part is secondary and the business part comes first. They try to sell you an internal insurance policy, which if you don't take, their prices are exorbitant. If you are a long term patient, and you let the policy lapse, they fail to warn you, and surprise you with a large bill.

The billing practices of this dental office include switch and bait tactics and billing a year past the service rendered at the highest possible rate when they made an error and bill the wrong dental insurance. Their billing administrator is inexperienced in customer relations and would rather collect on an incorrect billing than apologize and fix it. Since the cost of dental care is a major dent in one's budget, I'd be careful to work with a dental office that owns up to its billing errors and does not harass patients for questioning a bill. In fact, I was "dismissed" from their dental care for questioning their incorrect billing. Obviously, senior patients on medicare are not needed by their office. Take your two annual checkups somewhere else. Note that the Better Business Bureau had five complaints, BDC ignored two and resolved one. They are not a member - membership requires appropriate billing practices.

The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are completely committed to helping me. The staff aresuper friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They oversold their services and grossly underperformed. Their billing dept charges for things you didn't have done and it takes weeks to correct.
