I've been trying all day to talk to someone in order to change an appointment, but all I get is your recording. That is terrible
customer service. My appointment is Dec 2, I believe at 8 AM.
It needs to be canceled and changed. Please call me at 407-644-0241.

I have taken my mother to Greenberg Dental in Altamonte Springs, FL twice within the past year. The level of care was very good but their follow up customer service is terrible. The last time we visited she needed a crown. I was told a payment of $679 was due at the time of service. It would nave been nice to know ahead of time. I paid it and later when my mom's insurance Explanation of benefits arrived I noticed that Greenberg is a Participating Provider and agreed to take no more than the insurance company allowed minus the $50 copay. After about a month of calling (4 times) I have yet to hear back from Greenberg's billing department. When you call you have to leave a message - they do not take calls in person. BE AWARE OF YOUR CAHRGES AND INSURANCE ALLOWANCE AHEAD OF TIME!

You rarely if ever get to speak to a person; voice mails and messages left with service are rarely returned. They are so busy that you are not a person but rather an inconvenience. Office waits are ridiculously long. But the dentist I used was good even though he misrepresented the need for additional services at additional costs.

Worst staff ever! No return calls. My husband waited I hour to see the oral surgeon to have a tooth pulled which had been bothering him for weeks( couldn't get an appointment) and he was told he was a no-show when he was sitting right in front of them the whole time. Another week on antibiotics and the genius at the desk said he shouldn't be on them that long! -10 stars
