As if getting the appointment wasn't difficult enough, I showed up at my appointment on time. 30 minutes pass and I asked the receptionist if it was normal to have to wait 30 minutes for an appointment I was on time for. She brushed me off and said Dr. Disch treats chronically ill patients and these things happen. I wait 30 more minutes and now I'm ticked off. Waiting 1 hour for an appointment I had to take time off from work for? She gets the office manager and I am taken to an examination room. This rude office manager tells me the doctor cares for chronic patients and the wait time is what it is. Really?? And my time is not important? I said maybe you should consider that when scheduling your appointment. They had my mri disc and when I asked for it back they told me it was on an imaging floor which was different level from the office. She told me I could go and pick it up. Ok so I have to wait 1 hour, not get to see the doctor and now I have to go downstairs to pick up a film you should have given back to me? I put my foot down and told them to get it for me. She comes back another 10 minutes later and says "here" before she practically threw the disc at me. What a bunch of incompetent, rude, staff who can't seem to get even the scheduling part right. I can understand having to wait 10, 15 or even 30 minutes but there are no excuses for having to wait 1 hour. Apparently the other patients told me this is normal for his practice. I don't know about you but I don't feel comfortable in entrusting my life to a doctor who can't seem to follow simple protocols like keeping basic appointment time to a reasonable level. STAY AWAY

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
