Very friendly group . Dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth .
Even though it was the first time I had her clean my teeth . My former ones for over 30 years have retired . I think Hyat is a great replacement.
only a problem with billing but they fixed it while I was there . this took sometime as it was late in the afternoon and I was anxious to get home .

Dr. Murchinson is someone I trust. Another dentist told me I needed $4000 worth of dental work. So, I got a second opinion who told me my teeth were fine. Dr. Murchinson was my third opinion, he agreed. He is honest, patient in doing his work, treats me as an individual, holds his overhead cost down by not having a fancy office or lobby but it's always clean, the staff are friendly, the dental hygienist are great. I would rather have an honest dentist who explains things well, takes his time with me, and doesn't go in for a hard sale just to pay for a deluxe office building.
Although there are many dentists in my area, I drive an HOUR each way just to have Dr. Murchinson take care of my teeth.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I've been going there for years partly because they are 1 of only 3 choices on my insurance - I am NOT a good patient but these people are patient and have done their best to accomodate my fears and "sensitive" teeth. I'm not one to gush over a dentist, but these folks ae about as good as it gets - I'd give them an A, but not an A+ since Dr is kind of rushed. Office staff competent and polite.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

No, but I was able to read a magazine
