Dr. Fabrizio paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is overall friendly but the person who sets appointments was not helpful when it came ot understanding my insurance. I am always satisfied with care form this provider. The office is easy enough to find.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
