The doctor was wonderful and they paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Most of the staff seemed professional until I met Lakeesha, the receptionist. She is surprisingly rude and unprofessional and she is not willing to answer any questions, they only make her angry. My first experience with this situation occurred when I called the office to ask her a question and she refused to answer me and just hung up on me. When I called back, she began shouting at me and telling me that she doesn't do anything but direct the phone calls and I needed to call back after 5 and leave a message and someone will call me back. I asked her when should I expect a return phone call and she said she did not know and hung up on me again! I have never observed such erratic behavior come from a professional establishment such as this and it has definitely raised my suspicions for the entire staff.
