I haven't seen Dr Cown yet. Long waits are the norm and while the staff is friendly nobody besides Heather is truelly invested. It maybe the state of modern health care but it makes me sad that after years of going there nobody knows who I am or cares if I come back.

This is the absolute best Doctor's office I have ever been to. Lisa and the other staff listen to all of my problems and always help me get better. The care you get at this office is truly amazing.

After a couple trips to the ER and a two-day stint in the hospital, I called Dr. Cown's office to notify my NP that my blood pressure medicine had been changed, only to find out from the person that answered the phone that I had been terminated as a patient due to an outstanding balance. I supposedly owed $35....yes $35 for my annual physical last year, that I thought was covered at 100% by BCBS, only to be informed by the billing person that it was not because a Rx for my medicine had to be written and for THAT I had to pay $35. I asked if I paid it will that reverse the termination and she stated "NO, once you're terminated as a patient you cannot come back."

Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
Most of the staff were wonderful and I felt that they really 'got' what a holistic approach to care means.

Dr. Cown is the best doctor I've ever been too !!! She is so interested in helping you and your well being. I have never been to a Doctor that generally cares about her patients !!! I am pleased to say that Dr. Cown probably saved my life. She is the Best !!!!!
