The wait was a little longer than expected but I didn't mind. The front staff was OK but they seemed more concerned about each other's we can plans then my health. The back office was a different story. Miss Annie has been there for ever and she is a great assessor he to the clinic. They now have another new nurse, Wendy, who is just as wonderful. She got my papers completed in a timely fashion and showed great customer service. She let me know the doctor was running a little behind but she was sure to give me just as much attention. I loved everything about my visit!

Dr Walker has been my MD for 6 years. She is extremely knowledgable, professional, and yet caring. She takes time to address any questions you may have, and makes sure you understand completely. Her bedside manner and individual attention are superb. The only downside, a result of her excellent attention to each individual, is that the wait time to see her is often lengthy. In my opinion, she is worth the wait.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
