I think he's great. It's nice to see a doc that figures out a way to have his own office so that he can spend time getting to know his patients. And he's smart as a whip. I feel like I got very lucky finding him. He cares and so does his staff.

I am changing doctor!! We have been with Dr. Alan Miller for a year. We have stuck with him for this long not because we like his services but because we are generally healthy adults that don’t require many services. Every time we go to him we are reminded why we need a new doctor. The girl that attends the front desk always greets you and treats you with the worst attitude. Dr. Alan Miller could easily be compared to a robot. No human disposition. I asked him to check my ears since they were bothering me. He said that I needed to have my right ear cleaned but that his nurses did not have time that day, could it be possible to come back the next day for the 10 min procedure. He said that my left ear had a dermatologic cyst. I mean is it that difficult to say that I had an irritated pimple. Can you talk like a normal person? Apart from the “human” interaction, the office charges you a $30 dollar annual administration fee, $1 if you pay your co-payment with a credit/debit card, a fee for handling your blood for a routine blood test. It is insane that we stayed for this long.
