I received a poor orthodontic treatment from Dr. Ginsberg. My teeth were pulled back and pushed up. My facial appearance was made much worse. I do not want to sound too melodramatic, but allowing Dr. Ginsberg to treat me was one of the worst decisions I have made.

Dr Ginsberg and his staff have successfully straightened my teeth and provided superior service. Even after my braces were removed they have provided continued caring service in the maintenance of my smile : )

I had to wait for a little while.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
