I went there as a new patient. After the staff were rude with me and required my spouse to reschedule because they thought his medical card was a dental card, I left and found a higher rated doctor in a cleaner facility. This clinic is dingy. As other online reviews of Dr. Branch point out, the staff are incompetent and rude. And the doctor shows no compassion or customer service.

I absolutely love this office - Dr. Branch knows her stuff, has a great bedside manner and the staff was completely wonderful. I've already recommended her to a couple friends, one of whom is seeing her today :D
