They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement.
