No, no one seemed to notice I was there

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
He helped me recognize the fact that just because my son was a premi he shouldn't be expected to be slower than any other child.
MY premi baby just made the 90% of the crct in the country!

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. He is very family orietnted and always makes his patients feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
