I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. However, they made no effort to make me feel special. The office staff was very unfriendly and upon leaving didn't even turn around to aknowledge I was leaving. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. Dr. Kennedy is very knowledgable but was visably irritated when I questioned him. Again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and returned when I had the flu. I had the same experience. I was deeply dissappointed. I will not see this doctor again.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The front desk staff here could have been a lot more friendly, considering this is a family doctor. Most clinics have a lot of turnover in the front desk staff. Makes it tough on the MD, I'm sure. The nurse or Nurse asst. was better. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. Dr. Kennedy has been in the same location for decades now. That speaks to his stabilty and success.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

I have been going to Dr. Kennedy for as long as I can remember. I can't imagine using any other physician for myself and my family. He is kind, respectful, and even good looking! Dr. Kennedy and his staff always ensures I have an easy, positive experience when I go in. On multiple occasions they have assured that I get in to see him when I need to and give me answers that help me understand what's going on, not confuse me even more. I have referred several friends to Dr. Kennedy and they always end up going back. The environment is clean and relaxed and the staff are friendly, helpful, and reassuring.

Yes

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this provider show attention to detail?
Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
