I liked Dr. Sawka when I went to him for a couple of years. I'd have continued to go to him if his staff were more competent which was a real deal breaker for me. Though they may not have gotten around to purging my records when I left his practise early this year, it stressed me out to get constant messages for an appointment I'd already cancelled after requesting my records be transferred elsewhere and was still getting messages from them, namely two in the same day the other day. Rang to address that and was told I was "rude" when I was simply assertive about taking care of the problem. "Allison" talked over me instead of letting me finish what I was saying and hung up on me. This is unacceptable and something I'd never get away with any job I ever held. Poor at handling callers and problems that are anything other than positive and seamless and need to learn how to defuse tough situations better than that.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was easy enough to find.

I felt very rushed by dentist. kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. The Sawka dentist wasn't very friendly or welcoming. He suggested to do another filling on one he did a few months before. After recognizing it was his filling he left it alone. I wouldn't take kids here. The associate Dr. Anderson was nice and friendly.
