I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.

They were rarely able to answer any of my questions

They were decent, but not very affordable

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
Does this provider always put the customer first?
No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
