Everything was perfect. Dr. Peltzer is so nice and comforting. His staff is highly trained and caring. The office is clean and up to date and I felt that the Dr. and staff kept up to date with the most modern techniques and methods. Everyone is so friendly.
The office was handicap accessible and the bathrooms are too. Dr. Peltzer is a national expert at sedation dentistry and dental anesthesia and is hospital residency trained. A truly excellent experience for sure!.

Good is not cheap, cheap is not good! Dr. Peltzer and his caring staff of professionals are the best. I had a dental emergency. A bad toothache with swelling. Dr. Peltzer was all booked up. I had heard so many great things about him, I called anyway. The receptionist said she would love to help, Dr. Peltzer's schedule was completely full for weeks. She went back and spoke with Dr. Peltzer and he suggested staying late and kept two staff members late just to help me. What a caring dentist. I'm a patient for life now.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Dr. Peltzer goes above and beyond in meeting my expectations. I was most impressed with his gentleness and the careful manner in which he listened to me. Dr. Peltzer was completely non judgmental and showed genuine interest in my particular situation. The staff was also excellent and very supportive and understanding of my fears. My dental work came out great which is a tribute to Dr. Peltzer's skill and abilities. The sedation dentistry aspect was way better than even they predicted. Steve, Farmington

Dr. Peltzer and his staff have made my dental visits very easy for me. Dr. Peltzer did a bunch of fillings and two crowns for me as well as a root canal. I never felt a thing. They were so gentle and caring, just the way a medical professional should be. My physician had actually recommended Dr. Peltzer as the best dentist around. He sure was right. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Megan B, Simsbury
