They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Setia really cares about her patients...she takes the time to make sure she is well acquainted with the patient's history and needs...Great doctor!!!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
