They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

They have an older dentist who seems like he does a decent job. But he is very grumpy and unpleasant to interact with. His daughter may be good at what she does, but she is constantly cancelling out on her appointments due to family issues. A third male dentist seems a little off and incompetant. You just get a feeling he doesn't know what he is doing. If your paying to get a service, you are better off going to a dental group that inspires confidence.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
