They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they mail me a reminder and follow up with a phone call reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They are an absolute expert in the field. Dr. Muller is wonderful with the kids. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The hygienists and dentists really are good at working with kids; I'm very glad Dr Muller is my daughter's dentist.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Dr. Douglas Muller is by far, the best dentist I have ever encountered in my life. I took my 5 yr old son to my "family dentist", who are good yes, but they could not even get x-rays done on my son, who wanted nothing to do with the dentist. We were referred to Dr. Muller. Since our first appointment, my son took to him. Dr. Muller has "a way" with children and took the appropriate steps to make sure my son was totally comfortable there. He is a dentist that really cares. He was able to take x-rays - no problem. My son needs work done, a pulpotomy (baby root canal) We went in for that today - - - Now let me tell you . . . he had NO problem going back, was not nervous at all and today's procedure went GREAT! He was in NO pain, had NO problem with the novacaine, as Dr. Muller makes sure to do everything perfectly. I seriously could not be happier. He is an outstanding dentist and I would recommend him to anyone that has children, wether they need cavities filled, a more serious procedure, or just a cleaning. I know my son is in good hands when I take him there, and my son totally 100% trusts Dr. Muller and listens to everything he says. This is a dentist you can take your children to and you will never have anxiety about your kids going.
