They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They remember me and are familiar with my chart when I arrive. They take steps to make me feel comfortable (frequent rinsing, appropriate pain relief, full disclosure before and during procedures). I never have the sense that their medical judgment is affected by profit motive. Those are some of the reasons why I have been a customer for nearly 20 years.
