LOVE this dentist! Our family has been going here for 12 years, and she is FANTASTIC. Even the hygienists are great - so gentle! I'm so thankful to have found this practice.

We were referred by a current patient. When we called what we got was a very rude "We are not taking new patients" Click! I understand not taking new patients. What I don't understand and would make me never go here now is an incredibly rude interaction for no reason! If this is how the staff is to people calling in, I can only imagine how the treatment would be. Glad we did not have to experience it!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. This provider makes no effort to get my view on things. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what was going on for me. The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. I stopped by in the hopes of obtaining a new dentist. The receptionist was very hesitant to provide me information until I told her I am employed and provided my insurance. I was very put off with her demeanor and unwillingness to assist me as a potential customer. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Will NOT be obtaining their services.
