I have been going her for 7 years or more. I only had one complaint and that was the first doctor I saw there. I told him my problems and I think they went over his head. After 3 or 4 visits with him, and having pneumonia and him not realizing it, which caused me 2 weeks later to be admitted for a week. I finally went to a woman doctor there, and the first time I told her about my problems, I was in the GYN's office being checked out, and at the ENT being checked out. A year later, I finally had the surgery I have needed for about 8years. I only see Lisa C. And if she is not available, I see whomever except Dr. G

I have never been treated badly. I am known by name by most of the employees. I get waited on quickly, and never sit more than 15-20 minutes in the office before going to a room. I am also usually out before my appointment time because I show up early.

I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. If you are a born English speaker, this is not the doctor's office for you. I took my daughter there a few months ago for chest pains, somehow during the translation process with the nurse (after we had waited 45 minutes in the waiting room) somehow a doctor (not Dr. Link, as we still have never met him after a year) came in and said the nurse had stated that my daughter had an ingrown toenail.... not sure how chest pains turned into an ingrown toenail but somehow it did. The definitely need more English as a first language speakers in that office. This is alarming as these people are on file as our doctors and what if something was serious and one of us were in the hospital and this type of translation differences were to occur?
Three weeks ago I went in for a referral for a diagnostic mammogram as my sister had just been diagnosed... they told me they would fax a referral to the place, but were to busy to make me an appointment so I would have to go home and do this myself. Okay, I did this, yesterday was my appointment. I got there and the doctor had never faxed over the referral from 3 weeks ago. We called the doctors office, spoke with a "Jessie" she said she would fax it over right away. 30 minutes later I called again as we still had not received this and I had now been in the waiting room for over an hour.... "Jessie" then went on to make excuses I did not want, etc, etc... when I interrupted and said, I just want this referral faxed here, I seriously do not care about your personal problems, this was supposed to have been done 3 weeks ago. After 2 more calls and I threatened them with an insurance fraud claim (since they had already charged my insurance for the referral visit) 45 minutes later a referral was faxed over, but not for a diagnostic mammogram. Seriously? How unprofessional can you be. This is unacceptable to me for any business, but even worse for someone you are supposed to trust like a doctor. I left there and went to Walgreens to pick up my subscriptions... they were not there (understand this isnt narcotics or something of the type, I am diabetic, this is actual medicine I need) I asked the pharmicist to please look it up as I knew it was supposed to be in 4 days ago... he said they had faxed the dcotor a notice for refill 2 weeks ago and still had not heard from them. Wow.... I know we are still waiting from 2 months ago where my daughter was diagnosed as being severely anemic and being told they would prescribe iron pills, to still never receiving them and finally giving up after many phone calls and a visit to someone who obviously does not understand English. I am now looking for a new doctor for my family and extended family. If anyone knows of someone in Kissimmee who hires people who were born speaking English, please let me know. Thanks!

I signed in and she told me I would be responsible for paying $200.00 as I
am a new patient having no insurance. I told her I have been a patient with Dr. Link since 1986, I am sorry I am healthy and don't see him on a yearly basis, he will charge me a reduced rate as I pay cash w/no insurance. The insurance lady tried to argue with me also and asked me to pay the $200.00 charge now, I said I will wait to see what Dr. Link checks on my invoice, and walked to my seat.
