This Dental Care provider makes little effort to get me in quickly if there's an emergency. This Dental office was able to take and develop x-rays, but it was a bit of a wait. I wasn't happy that they didn't ask me many questions and they cut me off when I wanted to give them input. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. they are absolutely horrible. I worked for them for one week, and thank god took a different job. They didn't want to help me because I voiced concern about getting a root canal. They are CRAZY!

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Found this practice through my insurance website. Their reviews are raving as well as hearing good things from others in Brookfield. The doctors are gentle, meticulous, and forthcoming with any issues they find. They will explain and photograph anything of concern, present their approach to it and why. Are thorough and considerate of the patient's experience and have so much patience especially with my phobia. The front end is straight forward and will work with what you need done to make expenses feasible. They employ a strict cancellation/not show ups policy which I believe all patients are presented with and asked to acknowledge with signature-- $100 per hour, standard for most offices, and they understand if you have an emergency or illness.

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

They are expert, meticulous, exceedingly knowledgable and have the latest and best equipment. Their staff is the very friendly and welcoming. They make the whole experience pleasurable. They answered and even anticipated all questions.
