I have been seeing Dr. Nickolakis for many years and I am very satisfied with her care. I also think the receptionist is very good at her job and has always been very courteous to me.

The receptionist is one of the most rude women I have ever met. They rarely answer the phone and when they do she is very unfriendly. They do not help in emergency situations and could care less about what is going on. I like Dr. Irene but if you want to keep patients you need friendlier staff. The wait time can be ridiculous. If you have a 10:00apt you can wait over 2 hours to see the Dr. The front desk lady's attitude is if you don't like it leave.

The woman who works in the office (she the receptionist) is very unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome in that office. The doctor herself was fine, but the office staff ( I think there's only 1 woman) made me not want to return to that office. The receptionist didn't respond to our phone calls. Because of the receptionist, who was rude and unwelcoming, I won't return to this doctor.

I had no problems with the office staff, very courteous and professional. The doctor was even better. I didn’t have much luck in the past but Dr. Nickolakis really helped me with my problems. I’ve been to many psychiatrists looking for the right one and am confident that I found the right one with her!!!
