Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Completely!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

They are SUPPER drill happy. If you would like to keep your real teeth as long as possible, then AVOID THIS OFFICE!

Total professionalism from the staff that greets you , cleans your teeth and examines
your mouth for any problems to relate to the attending dentist, and of course, any dental procedures that are necessary.
I have always been put at ease, procedures explained, and never been in discomfort when my teeth needed work done on them.
I must say , that anyone that complains about going to the dentist because of past
pain or discomfort , should try the Family Dental Practice of Bloomfield, Ct.
