The lady that answered the phone spoke so fast that I thought she said "this is the answering service" and when I asked her if that's what she said she replied "NO THAT'S NOT WHAT I SAID, CAN I HELP YOU?" I said "well I'm sorry if I upset you, I just wasn't sure what you said." She said with a huge loud sigh "look I'm just really busy, CAN. I. HELP. YOU?" Wow. There's no way in hell I'm taking my family to this office if I'm treated like this on the phone. I called back to speak to the office manager & their mailbox had no greeting & was full, which means they haven't checked their messages for the day, week or month & it's Friday. This shows a complete LACK of patient care. As a medical office manager myself, these kinds of people make real offices look bad. I wonder if they'll get back to those messages before the end of the day or if they'll just make their patients sit with their questions, lab results or ailments all weekend.......I just called to speak with the office manager.....that same lady said "we don't really have one. Not at this location. She's on vacation. You can fax your question to me & I'll give it to her when I see her." WHAT?! Which is it lady?! Omg. This can't be a real office!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
