Although he's a Yankee fan, this loyal Red Sox fan has been using him for years. He's very concise and to the point, and his staff is wonderful. He always comes in to check after cleanings and we always have a good banter about the rivalry. Good guy, great staff. 'Nuff said.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
