The nerve test and EMG he did on both my arms was relatively painelss and took only 10 minutes. I read that this test on ONE extremity should take 30 to 60 minutes. I got suspicious and asked for a copy of my test results the next day. It showed he did tests that were NOT done and reported a finding that was questionable. This report noted a chronic pinched nerve in my spine. When I called and questioned it they advised that the report was in error and they will ammend it. Unfortunatley I have been going to physical therapy and the therapist was treating me for a pinched nerve in by back which was in error. I believe I got an abbreviated test an inaccurate diagnosis. Go elsewhere if you need this type of test.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected

I had to wait for a little while.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I'm very happy at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. His advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. He made sure every question I had was answered, and I know they are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. He makes me feel like a valued and important patient. He is a welcoming and friendly doctor.
