The way the office treated me in front of other patients and staff members, embarassed me to my core. Coming in at 1PM to be seen at 4PM. Discussing my medical and billing information in the waiting room in front of other staff and patients, questioning why I couldn't afford their services. Making it hard to discharge made it feel like they're forcing me to accept this type of treatment and care. Denying my right to receive my discharge paperwork until I found another provider, which wendy made clear wouldn't be easy due to my financial standing.

I have not witness any other patient treated this way as they so easily violated my PHI & hippa. I was discriminated against unlawfully based on my finances, marital status, age, race and services were not equal in quality, quantity or manner based on these facts.

I was not handled with care as a high risk pregnant woman disclosing hardship and depression, I was treated unjust and unfairly and manipulated to receive bad care. Thank you Wendy. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. I found out I was pregnant just a few weeks ago and I would not trust your office to care, your inept to respecting the law and professional decency.

I wish you or family members are never treated this way.

Yes, they were immaculate!

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
