Their primary concern is proper management of my chronic pain conditions, plus I often have severe " flare-ups"...they attend to this with utmost AUTHENTIC compassion; as if that was not sufficient, they have also taken care of my special pain needs w/ surgery/ post-op etc even tho they were not obligated.
Hi caliber degree of professionalism while STILL treating me as a 'whole' person with sooo much respect.!!!! They listen actively, attentively and NEVER dismiss ANY of my concerns, questions, nor do the collective staff exhibit any patronizing or condescending manner towards me. My calls are returned PROMPTLY...their prices are way below what their peers charge for lesser services! If I need an appointment before my next appointment due to any legitimate reason, they work me in their busy schedule immediately.
Additionally, I am sooo appreciative that, knowing my financial status, they have helped me obtain many meds i need which are cost-prohibitive to my budget (no generic available).
I've been involved both as employee and patient in medical field for approx 25 years and RARELY have I been thusly impressed on every level as I am with this doc and his staff. Ya really gotta love the succinct , honest approach...this doc and his PA will NOT 'blow smoke up your wazoo' to fortify their egos....if they do not know the answer, they will admit it, and assist ya in finding the correct answer.
They are as patient as Saints, and will work WITH the patient to discover the most effective treatment plan for pain management, which thereby negates the common ginormous stressors associated w/ chronic or other pain conditions.
Also, having had dozens upon dozens of 'epiduirals' which either offered zero relief when the anesthetic wore off, or worse....left me w/ more pain than i came in with prior to the procedure. Dr Ulseth can admister an epidural....and ya know 20 seconds later ( and 20 days later) it worked as intended.
I've never known them to 'push pills' or other meds that Big Pharma attempts to encourage prescribers to give....in fact, the obverse is true. So much so, in fact, during my FIRST consultation visit, Dr. Ulseth looked at my list of EXPENSIVE name brand meds and re-wrote for generics or cheaper versions which are just as effective as the ones being marketed by the pharmaceutical reps.
Ever meet a doc who is sincerely altruistic ( as is his PA Agda) and NOT one whit greedy...but advocates for his patients best interest?
Seldom would I recommend or refer family, friends or the public to most docs.
My quality of life improved sooooooo much since being his patient ( 4 years now) that I endorse, with each fiber of my being, that ANYONE who needs pain managed PROPERLY get thee into his offices without delay.
You will be pleasantly surprised at what they offer.....it entails a myriad of other aspects than merely pain management.
Go.....see for yourself.
I do, however, have ONE singular complaint...and it's a Biggie.......once you see a doctor and his respective staff like this, you will throw your hands up in the air and ask the rhetorical question, " Why aren't ALL other doctors & their staff on a par with Comp/ Pain. Mgmt. offices...???!!" A rarity indeed.
God Bless Dr Ulseth, Agda and the entire staff !!! Becuz we patients are surely blest beyond belief with such caring, kind, superb treatment there.
