I was received promptly and professionally. The staff was friendly and encouraging, Dr. Hutchins explained the procedure and the necessity of it ( a root canal) clearly. I felt immediate relief the next day and I continue to be satisfied with the outcome.

Had a very sore tooth and was able to get in to her office for an extraction. She did not spend time trying to loosen the tooth and just yanked it out. It got infected. Ended up having to go into her office several times to have a medicated glaze placed in it. I took me almost a mouth for my tooth extraction to heal. She was not helpful and accused me of messing with the spot of my sore tooth. She was very unprofessional and I will make it a point never to go to her again. Almost complained to the Board of Healing Arts.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
