Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Not only were they rude, the doctor was over an hour and fifteen minutes late for my appointment. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I was a number. Of every dermatologist I have ever been to, this staff was the most unwelcoming. When I had to be cut on for biopsies, I informed the doctor that I metabolize numbing medications very quickly, and judging by my prior experiences, additional numbing medications would likely have to be administered. This was completely ignored, so by the end of the surgery, I could feel him cauterizing the wound. This was very painful and could have been avoided had he listened to me. When my biopsies came back positive a week and a half later, it took four days of me calling to get someone to make me an appointment for surgery. When making my appointment, the nurse was rude (as usual) and informed me I was not to be prescribed any medication to relax me while the doctor carved holes out of my chest! Thanks doc! I have a problem with recurring skin cancer, and every doctor I have ever been to prior to this one had no issue doing this so I would be as comfortable as possible during a very uncomfortable ordeal. They do the bare minimum at this doctor's office. Don't expect a decent bedside manner from any of the staff. They do not care that you have cancer and are possibly very scared. They seem to be just barely doing their jobs enough to get paid. Needless to say, I have found another doctor.
