Each time I had an appointment, I waited at least 30-45 minutes. I have a job and would make the appointments on my lunch hour. I was very pleased at the level of service I received. The staff was very friendly, especially the doctor, but I didn't feel like I could count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. As a matter of fact, when I required a second surgery in Miami and the doctor agreed to follow me after the second surgery so I wouldn't have to keep returning to Miami, I did not hear a word from the office. They definitely gave up on me. I was very disappointed as I really enjoyed the doctor and his staff. Then I realized he's just another patient mill.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Dr. D and his staff are committed professionals. Doctor D operated on my back 10 years ago when the VA was afraid to do the job. He is a "Physician" is the best sense of the title. He and his staff were completely committed to helping me.
Dr. Dernbach is highly intelligent and aggressive "for" his patients in my opinion. Once you speak to him you will "feel" his confidence and good sense. I would NOT worry about this "Physician" not finding what is wrong with you. I certainly would not worry about him backing out or giving up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places (VA). I have never doubted the qualifications of this Dr. or his staff.. Their credentials were posted on the walls "AND" int their manner and actions. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and were ALWAYS available if I had more questions. This doctor does not cancel appointments and returns phone calls.
They are extremely reliable and notify you of upcoming appointments. Dr. Paul Durnback is a highly competent, skilled SURGEON. My confidence in him and his staff is complete. I was extremely luck to have found him.
