They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It really annoyed me that they didn't answer any of my questions. Whether they didn't want to or didn't know the answer is irrelevant because I left with no more information than I walked in with. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It bothered me that the doctor was rather unfriendly. I would have preferred someone a little more welcoming.
