Office staff very unprofessional and very uncompassionate one woman in particular named Stacy. She will ridicule you to the entire waiting area if she doesn't hang up on you first. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN to an office where the woman running the front office are pleasant and caring.
