They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. Almost as soon as I walked out the door, my fillings and crowns started to pop off. I could tell they didn't take their time putting them on and I was furious. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable. I haven't been able to chew on my right side since je worked on my teeth months ago. I have had to go to specialist to remedy his mistakes. The Dr never apologized and I returned their 4 times and he never fixed it. THe blond woman who works the desk is useless.

VERY UNETHICAL! I will NEVER again be a patient of Hilltop Dental Care or any Dentist associated with Dental Works. I am very unhappy with service from both Hilltop Dental Care & Dental Works. I feel that I was always being scammed by paying for all services up front. Our last set of visits resulted in overpayment and it took me longer to speak with people to get a refund than it did to get the work done. Also, always being pressured into extra unnecessary procedures and treatments so that Hilltop Dental Care can make more money. Bad business practices! I will make sure everyone I know does not become a patient of Dental Works or Hilltop Dental Care! Take a lesson from the private family dentists around... They treat you like a real person, only provide treatments that you actually need, and expect you to pay ONLY what you owe AFTER insurance has been billed.

I have been to this office for a basic dental cleaning.My teeth are perfect , ididn't need any dental work at all. But they took a lot of Xrays and gave me a list of work that has to be done which cost more than 1000 dollars. When I said i just wanted a basic cleaning i was told that they won't do cleaning if i won't agree to do this work.I payed my co- pay 50+ dollars and when i looked at the bill they charged me 30 dollars for a sample toothpaste the doctor had given me.I gave back the toothpaste and got refunded $30.I was so stunned by their cheap , unethical service.My son was going to do invisiline there in two weeks but they lost that customer because of their outrageous service.My insurance denied the $60.80 because they haven't done any dental work.They tried to collect that money also from my pocket by sending it to a collection agency.I have never been to a medical facility which has a management with no work ethics.I never recommend this place to any body.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The cost is not clear and they will bill you addition cost 4 months after serviced.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
