Took over TWO WEEKS to prior authorize a really essential prescription I need just to function every day and LAUGHED at me when I called asking them POLITELY to please hurry up. WOW. Way to be caring and professional.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Every time I come here the front desk staff always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The front desk staff are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love them. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. Office is quite busy wqaiting room a little small some days really overcrowded. I was very disappointed. Doctor spends time with you but orders too many tests that I feel are not needed at certain times and always wants to push meds on yiou even when you say no want to try other steps first!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Dr. Lomas is the BEST doctor in Florida! I am 32 years old, and have been to many doctors, but she goes above and beyond. She will spend a lot of time in the room talking to you, and will not leave the room until she knows you are doing well or has a plan to make sure you are well. This is the first time in my life I have ever felt comfortable with a doctor. I am so thankful I found her. I really dislike going to the doctor, and I still try to get out of it, but when I have to go I am so happy I finally have a good doctor.
