Dr. Normal Longo is one of the most generous people I have ever met. Let alone her capabilities as an exceptional dentist! She requires excellence in her staff and has the utmost consideration for the overall health and comfort of her patients. I would NEVER consider going anywhere else. Dr. Norma Longo and her associates (Dr. H's included) are just the best. Her office is an adventure for all her patients young and old when it comes to major holidays. (really, you have to see it to believe it... she is just fun!) Even her collection of magazines reflects her desire to keep her patients happy while they wait! It is eclectic and interesting and I could sit there and read comfortably for as long as it takes.. but it never takes long and I am in the chair. When you first meet Dr. Norma Longo you might wonder if this is the kind, fun, generous person I have just described, but believe me.. it is all true. Thank you Dr. Norma Longo! (even her name sounds like a lovely island vacation land.. ) :-)

Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any

Absolutely not, they barely looked at my teeth
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
